With the looks of this shoe, you’re sure to become noticeable as you dash through the tape. This is designed for efficient power and technical sprinting and also for jumping events. If you read our post regarding the adidas Running Sprintstar 3 a few days back, you’d probably notice that this Spider 3 doesn’t have much difference as compared to that.

Like most track and field shoes, this also features mesh upper with synthetic material that seems perforated for lightweight support and maximum breathability. The Adidas three stripes logo design is also done in synthetic, and how it is designed also makes this more interesting.

With its traditional lace-up design and lightly padded collar, you’re guaranteed to keep your foot locked down over the footbed. This also has soft synthetic collar, which, aside from providing comfort, also helps in reducing pressure on the ankle and on the Achilles tendon.

An 8mm heel is then available so as to provide more protection against impact especially on events like hurdling and jumping events. This is then finished with Arkema Pebax® spike plate for optimal energy return and durability, complete with six-spike configuration for traction.
